So in most every respect with the exception of having a resistive touchscreen this counterfeit Dell Streak 7 bests the original. It runs Gingerbread 2.3, can make phone calls, has a 1.2GHz processor, and it's cheaper at $180 on contract. Usually these counterfeits are way chincier than the real deal not so in this case at least from the spec sheet perspective. Idk if I personally would risk my money on this thing but some of you may have more courage then I or just have more cash to throw around. Hit up the source link and their sources for more info.
